Two sides of the same problem, solved together

Here in Kenya I knew incredibly talented, hard-working people: sharp, disciplined, tech-savvy professionals who didn't have access to the opportunities their skills deserved. At the same time, I was talking to small business owners in the US, UK and Australia who were drowning in admin, paying a fortune for local support, or holding back from hiring because it felt too risky or too expensive.

It became obvious that these two problems had one solution. Why should a founder in Austin or a coach in Manchester have to choose between doing everything themselves and paying premium local rates, when world-class talent is right here, ready to do the work just as well, for a fraction of the cost?

So I started with four of us, working from a small setup, to prove it could be done right: reliable, secure, professional, no compromises. Every new hire gives someone in Kenya a real, stable opportunity to build a career. Every new client gets time back to focus on what actually grows their company.
